These Terms govern your purchase and use of products from Unyx Engine LLC ("we," "us") via unyxengine.com. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we sell

We sell production-ready automation blueprints, workflow libraries, connectors, and prepaid run credits. All products are digital, delivered electronically — there is no physical product or shipment.

3. License

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the product for your own and your clients' or team's projects, according to the tier you buy. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source except as the license allows.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider (Stripe); we do not store full card details. Taxes may be added at checkout. Charges appear on your statement as UNYX ENGINE.

5. Refunds

Purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the applicable product license.

7. Support & updates

Support is provided by email during business hours. Updates are provided for the supported lifetime of each product.

8. Disclaimer & liability

Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the current version.
